I trained OS and sub skill for it are JS, Handling and Driving I think from the back of my head.

if you read page 2 of the speed training, you'll find the answer ;)

here is the post: (78242.12)

this is the start of that topic: (78242.1) (which is the speed training analysis)

tho it might not be a to bad idea to update the things, cause the speed apply's for a lvl 10 trainer back then ( which now would be the same a a lvl 5 trainer) the trainer lvl 7 mentioned is most likely according to the previous system of trainer lvls ( who went from 1 to 10) than to the current trainer lvl's.
