it seems that LI or LP would work best here, but depends on other aspects
can you put a decent driving and passing sf for LI?
the reason many feel outside offence is better than inside ones is because you normally play inside with a PF as SF and they usually pass and drive worse than guards.

if you can, inside tactic will probably work just fine
the decision between LI and LP depends on home/away, and offensive flow
generally i want to slow down if the opponent is a good shooting team, or if he has bad flow
slowing down would make him pass more - hence - more TO
if your shooting is much higher than his D, i would go faster to get more shots.
i dont know of any difference between LI and LP besides pace.

hope i've been helping

Cheers, he is a much better team. Well I just sold my SF so need to buy another one and looking for one with good passing at the moment. And I am playing away. I'll probably have to play TIE and concede the match, but was just wondering on the right tactics anyway. His offensive flow rating is better than fine. His defence is also better than mine lol. I have a good shooting center, and a good shooting guard. I have a decent point guard with high driving but not much passing.

So I am looking to buy a SF now, what do you think I need in an SF? ID and OD with good Passing? Anything else?

i have 2 SFs, for inside and outside purposes

if you want just one, then i suggest high OD, and reasonable ID, good reb (7+), reasonable DV and passing (6+)
shooting is also important

now you see why i have 2
having your SF to be a good inside and outside player is tough
i somewhat prefer outside skills on inside ones for SF, but you can't have a too weak rebounder or defender in that spot
if you go for inside SF, driving is quite important
