I believe motion utilizes a heavy dose of passing at the expense of PG and SG JS and JR. Low post and look inside, presumably, would also likely require less shooting skill at the PG position to effectively run. But in all honesty you're better off training the jump shot up a ways so you don't get get predicted and/or get exposed. That type of PG could be a liability or even completely debilitating in an offence that utilizes a lot of JS/JR at both guard spots. Going forward it'd probably be in your best interest to have a rounded out build.
