We've set up a page under the tools tab in the sidebar called "change countries" that will take care of this for you. While your team will be reset, your new team will end up in as high a position as is available; i.e. if you are in the first sixteen users to join the new Romania league, your new team will start off in Division I.
We highly encourage you to join the new country, and to get friends to sign up for it, too!
