Anyone know why there isn't a merchandise boost for all stars? Seems like it should work similarly (though not as much) as having someone on the national team. Is there a reason behind it, or just programming difficulties?

Not sure why, it is definitely an area of the game that could do with some improvement.

there is. If the players are classified as allstars then their jerseys and bobbleheads are already being bought.
