Ok thanks.... Does age affect the wat they play? Their stamina maybe?

if a player drops his skills due to age.. what will i do? fire him or there will be a force or voluntary retirement of the BB management.... thank you

As has been already said in the thread, there is no forced retirement. The only way your player retires is if you fire him or you go inactive, the team turns to bot, and someone else comes along and takes over the team (because an entirely new team will be generated and all the old players will be retired).

That being said, if your old players start losing skill it is entirely up to you what to do. Try to salvage something out of him by transfer listing him. Fire him. Or maybe keep him on the bench because you don't have the heart to fire the poor old guy.
