I would like to start chargin for parking. Not out of greed, quite simply for the environments sake. Clearly this must be a top priority!? I suggest we start a pilot project at the Mothership stadium where I get at least 10$ for every car parked. The estimate is that out of every 2 visitors theres 1 car in the parkinglot...
Well, first off, I'd rather walk by foot than to have to spend $10 for a parking place !!
Make it $5 and I'might think about it.
Second, I don't think 1 car for every 2 visitors will make a good estimation. A car holds 4 seats (well normally 5, but okay). I'd guess most will come by 2 and by 4, some will come alone, but I don't think there are many, most will watch the game with friends, and mostly they come together. There will also be some packed cars wit 5, and some mini-busses with 7 or 8 people.
I'd say an average of 3 persons per car would be more appropriate, mabe even 3 and a digit.
Finally, I give you a go on your project. Please fund 12 bilion dollars to buy the piece of land needed and place the right infrastructure to create the parkinglot you need for your project. ;รพ
