If the Thunder play their cards right they could become a great team. They've got a bunch of young studs, cap space to sign a top FA and with last night's trade, about $20 million in expiring deals. If they can land a big man in free agency and use some of those expiring contracts to bring in another big time player during the season, they could be looking at a 60 win team in the near future. I don't like Aldrich so it remains to be seen if that was a good move but the dominoes are in place for the Thunder to build something special.

I agree they did well last night in some trade moves etc. Everything is in line for them to be a very scary team to contend with.

Thunder won't sign a my big time players. Maybe an 8-9 million dollar player but no one big. Westbrook and Durant are both incoming future max contract players, they'll be in luxury tax territory then.

for me , there is only 2 gems...
and they'll take two of the best guys with him....

Wade stays and Amare and Bosh joins him..... for example..
then Bron Bron takes Boozer and whomever ...et etc etc..

there is gonna be some teams whose 6th man will be Cap Room
Not everyone is gonna get "a guy"...

I'm betting Knicks will be such a team... and Oklahoma, who has an upside..they have enough youth to wait until 2011 season..
