For a good D.IV team, your starting players should average around 10k salary each. Note that this is for a good team, one that will almost certainly make the playoffs and have a shot at promoting. In other words, that's what you should be shooting for on the transfer list. If you're inside oriented, you will at least need a good PG, probably about proficient passing. You will also need some outside defense on that PG, and on a SG. However, if you stay inside oriented, they do not need to be able to score, just to defend and get the ball inside to your bigs.
