If I train all my starters so that they have 8-9k, is that enough, or do I definetly need some star players. with a little more salary?

Just looking at your roster I'd say you will definately need to hit the transfer list to snag a 12k+ player and/or a trainee (since you don't seem to have any legit trainee's) if you want to compete in IV your first season.

If I get promoted this season(which i will.), and then get demoted again the next season, will I be in the same league that I'm in now?

My only advice to you, is get some legit trainees this season. So you can go into IV with a training schedule, because trying to establish training in Div IV, will be shitty. Pick and Choose your matches. I got lucky, i had a pretty decent team going into 4, and the other division during interleague sucked balls.

But, my best advice is gather up some trainees, play defense, and pick your matches well. And you will not relegate unless your not suppose to be in IV.
