Thanks guys, looks like I don't have to worry about him capping for awhile as long as I don't train a ton of passing.

Is potential a cap on skill points or salary?

Skill points. But salary is based on skill points. So there is obviously going to be a correlation between salary and the cap.

Although, I think different skills count more towards the cap than other skills (but that is just a theory and not verified).

The only thing that's verified about potential is that it's not based on pure skill point count.


But if potential is likely to have sublevels, then how did you verify that potential is not based on pure skill point count?
