Another question, if I intervened in my team's training by changing the training regimen. What would happen?

Nothing. You could change your training up until the training update Friday morning. It could be 2 minutes before the training update, and it would take without any penalty.

What do you mean by this?
One on One
Guards:
Trains DV @ 2-3 weeks
Trains HN @ 3-4 weeks
Trains JS @ 3-4 weeks

Forwards:
Trains DV @ 1.8 weeks
Trains HN @ 2.3 weeks
Trains IS @ 4-5 weeks
Trains JS @ 4-5 weeks

(taken from WFU03)

1 week = 1 next friday morning apart?

Is the time speed in the real world slower than in game? (for example 1 day in real world = 7 days in buzzerbeater)

Sorry, Im a newbie haha

There is no difference in time speed. Training occurs once a week on Friday. The training speeds u provided give an estimation of how many weeks u will need to do a specific type of training before u can expect a skill pop
