If you have to play against a motion-23 team, you have to use LI or low post for attack and a m2m or a 3-2 defence

LI and low post against a 2-3? Are you sure? :-)

A 3-2 zone could be used if your OD needs a boost at the expense of ID. Or is it the other way around? ID at the expense of OD?

A FCP is good against any team with really bad offensive flow (passing and handling). You will need good stamina to pull it off.

3-2 zone gives you a boost in OD at the expense of ID and Rebounding. Also 3-2 will make it hard for a team that goes inside to pass the ball inside. Their are 3 players at the perimeter so if u go 3-2 and they go LI or Low Post, they will find it hard to pass the ball inside.

2-3 will make it hard to score inside but easy to pass inside. 3-2 will make it hard to pass inside but easier to score inside. I like 3-2 better cause when going 2-3 the coach of the other team will reconise this and even if they play LI, the GE looks for the best shot and 2-3 gives up too much OD

3-2 zone gives more OD at the expense of ID.
2-3 zone gives more ID at the expense of OD.

you don't have to had an bad flow that it wthe fcp works, normally the opponent C/PF who have less influence on flow decide if it work out or not but mostly it doesn't work out. FCP is for me a tactic for intentional loosing, or when you see no chanche to win the game and want to try something.

I have personally found that I have more success in playing to my strengths instead of trying to play to the opponents weakness. For example I will play motion even if the opponent normally plays a 3-2. I'm a better scoring team from the outside and if they normally play 3-2 it means they have weaker outside defenders than inside.

Defence is a little different. If they play motion and your outside men aren't as good as theirs then play a 3-2, but if you think your outside men outclass his then just play man to man, this way you won't give away as many offensive rebounds when you actually do make him miss a shot, nothing more frustrating that him missing lots of shots but you can't take advantage on the scoreboard because you keep giving him a 2nd shot.

I have similar problem. But in PO I will play agains,t a team that will go LI and 3-2 defence. And I wonder which tactic should I use against them motion or rng? But the biggest problem is the defence cause they are whey better rebounding team, and if I will play 3:2 they will destroy me on the boards. If playing 2-3 against them 3-2 can make the rebs even. But 2-3 leaves 3 guy on the outside pretty much space to score. What would You do?

against li the 2-3 zone is working, against 3-2 i would play li when both teams "are" balanced if he just play it to cover weaknesses or you are lot better in attacking outside you could play an outside attack.
