Agreed.

I also think that new trainees need to fit into existing training plans. So if you have two guard trainees who have passing and JR close to where you want it but need lots of work on OD then it might not make sense to get a player with pitiful passing and JR but respectable OD since they will just get more unbalanced as you train.

P.S. But if you have to work a lot on Od for a guard maybe there's something wrong ;P
