2) There will be a large tournament for every national team -- both the existing ones and the ones that will be created over the next couple of days in new countries -- starting on week from Monday (Feb. 10). This tournament will consist of eight weeks of guaranteed games (six for the 12 teams who fail to second-chance qualify), followed by single elimination over the last five weeks for the top 32 teams.
