Well, I don't read much more than the help forums usually, but I thought this thread was pretty interesting.

My plans this season are pretty simple- manage minutes better and get all 5 of my trainees the 48+ guard minutes they need.

As for my training rotation, well, I don't have one set in stone, but I'm kinda thinking something like this:

One on One
Pressure
Pressure
Jump Shot
Passing

heh, there's only really one form I'm active on, and this aint it, but I figure it'd be good to speak on something here.

don't really have much in mind other than making the playoffs, seeing as I got my team too late in the last season to do much.

I think my plans for the season will go something like this:
I have a pretty good C-PF combo, and I have an up-and-coming SF (who is pretty big) so what I want to do is train them a lot in inside categories, and sprinkle in some foul shooting (my star center has made 1 foul shot this season out of about 30) and some pressure, passing, outside shooting for my mvp potential PG, and my SG who has the highest DMI I have seen for a player who was on the team that someone started with (somewhere around 45000 I think)

Well I finished buying my starters and just need 1/2 more backup Fs and I'll be good two go. I have 2 10k + Fs and I'm training Gs and they all will hopefully be able to start once I promote to IV

I have been in the top of my league for 3 seasons but havnt been able to win the championships. I like to think im the team to beat this year. Im planning on managing enthusiasm all season to get ready to win the championship.

I'm 1 of the 2 best teams in my league. Quick question, does TIE effect training at all? I've been winning by about 30 with trainees.

Enthusiasm does not impact training, only minutes.

Choose either inside or outside, and train one of those. Don't go back and forth, or you're wasting training weeks for whoever you're not training.

That's not strictly true.

Concentrate on 2(1 pos)-5(2pos) trainees, make sure these players get training every week, but this could be inside or outside, for example if you wanted to make a more well-rounded player (e.g. PF or SF), or give a potential C some passing training you'd train both inside and out. It's more difficult, but can be worth it.
