I have played the Full court press with great success. (On offense I slowed the game down with Low post or patient.)

What defense do i use against run and gun? Any help?



Here is example (2480887) :D

But - actually ,as it's told above - Inside D ,same as Outside def for guards is important
I put my 45k DMI Center on the bench cuz other kiddo is better for the zone ;)

Which are the most important positions and skills to play Run and Gun??? Can I use R&G with average stamina?
