yes this is good info to know.
So basically, you could have training set to 'Outside Shooting' all week, and then on Friday, change it to 'Rebounding' and your team will train rebounding for that week.
Its good to know in case you are aiming for some players to get 48 minutes to train outside shooting, then for whatever reason, they don't get it, so you can look at the 'weekly stats' and review your teams minutes, and it might end up being better off to train something else for that week.
