IF everyone in Czech republic Division 1 agreed to Crunch time you every game - EVERY GAME no matter what - do you think you'd win the double?

If they do it both in game with me and Frydek, than probably yes, I would win the double (or me and Frydek would win both trophies). I would give up B3 this season so that I can use normal more frequently than usual in league/cup.
I have much higher incomes than all of the others due to gate receipts (I rarely lost even on road, at the moment I'm almost 170k above league average), merchandise (bad strategy of many of the managers in our country, I'm 65k above league average), cup and B3 incomes, playoff incomes, I invest 0 for scouting and pay almost 30k less than league average for staffs (some of staffs are not needed higher than certain level). So my team salary cap is much higher than the salary cap of the others and you know I have very salary effective players. So it's really difficult to build in our country team competitive to mine. Maybe kamikaze strategy should be the only way but still with very urcertain result.

I'm not entirely sure - but if teams had a bigger incentive to promote faster we might see different strategies or outcomes.

In our country there were several cases when teams tried to lost Div II final not to promote because they thought they weren't ready for Div I. But I think it's always good for team to promote even if team relagates next season.

in our league often the poromoted teams ain't ready for div 1, but if you don't have a div1 roster you get that much money that you are ready soon. Whereas it is difficult to get stronger, in the hard fight in the top group of div 2.

So i am totally on your side with it ;)

I think that here must be mentioned also this. If the team will promote and play that international cup in higher division at the same time, might not have enough power to hold on both (get a good position in higher league and survive int. cup).

But you cannot give the opportunity to other teams, because there could be absolutely no will to promote, in order to play such a competition in lower league. Who knows when will have such opportunity in higher league.

So meanwhile this int. cup is ment to be a price for promoted teams, could be all troubles with that fixed simply by that if it would be not a cup, but a league. So you could fight international league whole season and best of these would play a PO (after a league PO would be more interresting).

I'm not sure if I understand you. B3 games are played in arcade mode (no TIE, no CT), minutes are not counted for training. So teams can set the best lineup they have for B3. So there is no impact on league and cup games.
I expect this international competetion would follow this format as well.

there is an small impact, if you take it serious - you could count with an TIE at least in the tuesday match.

Another question, when you make this cup to make a promotion more attractive, isn't there an risk that a demotion gets to attractive too? Which will at least make the 6 and 7 place more attractive, because you get the chanche on a international cup if you fail to stay in league.

Yes, this small impact is here. I try to play as many TIE's as possible while I'm still in B3, not only at Tuesday, especially few weeks at the start of the season when enthusiasm is low.

Well that sucks. I hope that you get at least the money.

I think there should be any rule that you get that opportunity only once per life or at least once at the time (5 seasons).
