This is not a one time problem though. In my very last PL it was also the case:

Well, we reached an unsurmountable problem here. The problem is so complicated at this time that we decided that we'd rather eliminate the records box than to spend a couple of weeks developer time on fixing such a small issue. I'm sorry that it turned the way it did, but I guess we'll all survive.

No worries, I guess I'd rather not see it at all than have the wrong records. Perhaps it can be fixed in the future :)
