Isn't hair the most important attribute when buying a new player? :O

I don't know about most important, but I do base a lot of my personnel decisions on hair style. :p

You should look at the eyes, not the hair. Bigger eyes means faster training on JS and OD (which is why I try to sign guards with big eyes).
