I think San Marino and Vatican City would be pretty big communities...

if there basketball is popular sport, i think they should have a chance. in lithuania there is only 2.8 million population, but since basketball here is nr 1 sport, we fill 4 leagues and partially 5th. so i dont see why qatar should not do that.

The BBs are always reviewing things and will add new countries at the end of the season if necessary.

I think the point has been made but as a few have said, this should have gone in to the Suggestions forum though.
