Even single position trainers have to train rebounding and/or jump shot at some time. Some One on One is often needed too. So if you think you will do badly this season and then get a great draft pick, just train things like OD, PA, ID and IS this season, then next season you can "finish" the older guys while you are "starting" the new one(s).

So You Aint So Confident about next season?

I've alway looked at the draft as a transfer list in way. It would cost 20,000 more per week to max scouting, in hopes the player matches your team. The season is roughly 13 weeks total. That a difference of 160,00. Add to that the value of the drafted player and you could easily be around 250000. I think you could find a better trainee to meet your need for that cost or close to it.
