I'd train OD until both players have sensational OD, then move onto JS until both players have sensational JS, then train JR until both players have about...prolific. After this is done, you can concentrate on driving, handling and passing. Btw you need to manage your GS better (it will be reset for season 15, but you still need to manage better).

so should i 1 poistion train or 2 poistion train

cause my roster is pretty good i have pf's and c's with proficinet - wondourus RB,IS,ID and a good sf

Well if you don't have any other young potential trainees (guards), then I'd do 1 position training.

so say if i was to get other young players and i 2 poistion train will the routine you gave me will still do good

It will still work, but will take a longer period of time. I think 1 position training will be good for these 2 potential players.

if i 1 poistion train do i have to buy a older player to play sg since im gonna train at the pg position

Well you don't have to buy an older player but generally older is cheaper so it makes sense.

Star potential is actually quite bad. If you one position train him he will cap in 2-3 seasons. Then what? All Star is MUCH better! If you are going down that route make sure he will be able to play in non-training positions in the future. So for this player he will need to be able to play at least two of PG/SG/SF by the time he is capped so he can play while you are training those positions.
