dont listen to that. JS training starting at pitiful... that will take forever. and dont take SB training either since it's a waste. better off making him a monoskilled big man who can pass (which is not monoskill) rather than trying to making him someone with decent secondaries but also average big man skills.

I would go with ID training pretty much all season with some Rb since if you need him to play a key role, he will need to defend and not fouls too much in turn easier to train him as he wont fouled out before his 48 mins.

I would train IS and ID for 48 min in one game a week. If you ever mess up the minutes (he fouls out or something) then switch that week to REB. For big weeks where you need him in both games, train REB then too. Good luck

Player has got good potential, but I think that he woun't every play for NT, because he is already 19. However he can still be good player. I think first you should train RB till it's respectable or better. Second stat should be IS or ID, but you shouldn't worry about SB, because this stat isn't needed that much as Is,ID or RB.
