- Fire down to 14 players max while making sure you still have players for each position. This will save you some money each week and help you from bleeding red.

- Don't spend more than 10K in Scouting. You're number one in the league and will have crappy draft picks anyway. Unless you're incredibly lucky you're not going to make your money back spending 20K+.

- Take a look at your staff. If you're paying any of them more than 15K a week, you're paying far too much for a D.V team. I'd recommend an ~9K Competent Doctor and a ~12K Advanced Trainer at very maximum. You don't need a PR Manager at all in D.V unless your arena is gigantic, which it isn't.

- This won't help for the current (takes effect next month), but lower your prices on Luxury boxes. You haven't even been halfway selling them out at the moment. Lower it to 800 and see what happens. If you sell all 10, you'll be making 8000 a game off them instead of 4000-5000 that you are now. Even 900 would work better if that means you sell 6+.

Also you need to raise your seating prices considering you have sold them out every game since early December. That will make you more mony. Where you are now without some changes all star break will kill you. Also since you are out of the cup I would trim the roster to 11 or 12 and not worry about scheduling a scrimmage unless you need it for training purposes.

I would guess you are paying at least 50k for staff if you are losing money each week. If you are really close to -500k it is probably twice that amount. Trim your staff salaries down to no more than 30k total
