First of all, his stamina difinitely needs some work. You should train stamina during All-star week and during the off-season.
Are you planning to make him into a SG or PG? If I were you, as his passing is already proficient, I'd make him a PG. PG doesn't need as much JS as SG, so the time you'll spend training JS will be less and could be used to train other skills.

If you want to make him a PG, I'd say first get his JS to sensational. Then train JR for the rest of this season. Next season, train OD until it is at wondrous, then spend the rest of the reason training passing (perhaps 3-4 weeks of One on One would be good too). I'm not fully sure about training driving, as his IS is very low.

If you want to make him a SG, I'd say first get his JR to sensational. After that, train JS until it is around wondrous. After that, train OD until it is around wondrous. You should be able to complete this by the end of the next season (that's when he's 20). Again, I'm not certain about training driving because his IS is too low. Training one on one until it is around prolific sounds good to me.

Ok, yeah if I were you, I'd train him as a PG. Training OD for the rest of the season isn't a bad idea. But perhaps once his OD is at wondrous, you could probably switch to JR.
