yes, I think 2-3 weeks is optimistic.
my player (2m01) 20 years old didn't pop after 3 weeks (1 position training) with a level 6 trainer.
he might be tall, but he's 2 years younger, and I think that is a much bigger factor. If it where 2-3 weeks, he would certainly have popped after 3 weeks, so it will be more then 3 weeks.
For the 22 year old, with which level trainer? say 5... I estimate 3,5 weeks...
