But it is stupid and unrealistic to just rent a player for two weeks to win a competition. It doesn't happen in the NBA, it doesn't happen in the Premier League or FA cup, maybe somewhere in Europe this stupidity is allowed but I have never heard of it.

in nba there are week contracts


Yes there are 10 day contracts but are they for the best player in the entire league or for some barely viable scrub who is only needed because of multiple injuries. Not close to being the same situation.

u want a competition made for u to win ??

the rules are the same for all, then, bad or good, every one have the same oportunities for winning



but they will be the same for everyone even after the change, and at least many european league have transfer windows so that you can not get other player late in the season(which includes mostly the cup too).

In general i understand the problem here and i would be happy if they change it as proposed, even when it isn't so important for me.
