i think passing or maybe Jump Range was a good next training, they advanced a bit in OD which should be ok for the beginning.

I would train OD to 11 first... then JR to 9-10, then passing to like average or respectable y0ou want to get OD and JR out of the way for a while.

I agree that they both need passing training. I'm not sure I'd go so far as to say that their OD is good enough, though. You might want to squeeze out one or two more pops there before the end of the season, but I wouldn't argue about it if you decided to move on to passing right now.

Either way, I'd say that you should take passing and JR up to 9-10 next. That would probably account for pretty much all of their age 19 training and some of their age 20 training (if you wait until next season to start). After that, I'd go back to a Pressure, Jump Shot, OnevOne rotation.
