i used to play look inside and i think that 2-3 zone not working against look inside.you have very good inside defender so u dont need to play zone espesially if u have good rebounders.also if u play m2m u will not have problem with the outside players, because even in look inside the outside players take alot of shots.also if u play 2-3 and he change his tactic to a neutral offence like base off or ptb then u will have big problem.

If you would have looked at the team, they aren't going to do well with a neutral or even outside offense against 2-3. His 3 best players are Big men and his 2 next best are SF. Also based on the fact he said he had played LI the whole season you can assume he isn't going to change. Who would play the playoffs with an offense they have never tried.

Defensively it seems best to just man them up if you have the ability to rebound with them. If you don't then 2-3 would be necessary.

The other side of defense is offense. Can you run them off the court with a fast pace attack? They look deep with 3 Bigs and 2 SFs so maybe not. Then the flip side is slow the game down on your side, limit their possessions and keep your players fresher for the defensive side of the ball.

Well I usually play Patient. My SG is a great outside shooter and my others are okay. So my Sg scores most of my points.

I do no think I could play a PTB or RnG because my team's stamina is not high at all. My passing is around average to strong and handling is fine. Are you suggesting I play patient?

His team has made 19 threes all year. So I do not think he will play an outside oriented offense

Patient or Base O yes. If you are balanced then Base O, if you have a big mismatch or two go Patient.
