Ohh okay thanks.
How do you improve and maintain game shape? Cause some of my older players have decreased in game shape so I rested them for a couple if games but they still haven't gone back up in game shape...

Ideally, I try to play my players as close to 50 mins a week as possible. I try never to go above 75 mins. Game shape updates the same time as training. If your that worried about game shape, you could train it. I wouldn't recommend that, but it is an option.

Too many minutes can hurt a players' game shape. So can too little minutes.

About 60 minutes per week are optimal; I'd say 48-72 minutes per week are still good enough to raise and keep your game shape between strong and proficient.

I thought keeping up with GS was easy. Ha Ha The ish is hard w/ training. HA However, thanks for this post. Good luck!
