Already 51 voters.

At least, the new poll feature is a success :p

Agreed. NT players will be more affected than U21 ones, because latter train only three seasons.

Posts like this skew the % too much because most people will reply that they have no opinion. So it makes it look like less people hate it than actually do. Right now, the % who hate it is into the 70s.

I'm mostly just tired of the BBs constantly pushing us to make well-rounded players. It's becoming ridiculous at this point. We don't have to be told how to play a game.

Now it's gotten so absurd that they would punish all players, even the ones that were making well rounded players to begin with, just so they can handicap the guys who make huge salary monsters.

Nice.

Well, at the very least, potential is going to go up in price on the market again, mainly because the margin for error is not only smaller, but completely random.

They have an opinion, their opinion is that is too early to judge the effect of cross-training. Most who hate it can't even explain properly how cross-training works.

I hear you. I remember a time when the BBs said that while it was not smart, people could produce all the mono-skilled monsters that they wanted. If they wanted to make bad decisions, that was their choice. They said that people would one day realize that multi-skilled players were better and that would encourage people to train multi-skillers.

It looks like training mono-skilled players is smart strategy. Although, the most likely explanation is: it is too hard to train multi-skilled players and field a winning team.

As an aside, I would not mind the cross training if the manager could decide what to cross train. In other words, decide what primary skill to train and what other skill to cross train (or even if they should cross train).
