Yes, but NT staff had 3 days to find new club, and this topic was created scarcely few minutes before transfer deadline.
Now it's strategic decision for every NT how organize training of the best players. To use players with less salary - there is no problem to find new club for this players. Or to use players with big salary and rely on luck that somebody will click on "Bid" button ;-)
I had similar problem before WC final match. And I wasted my season earnings just like that by one click ;-)

well, IMHO the BBs want these monsters out of the game. the best to do it "legally" is to put them on sale for 1kk while their wages are so high. nobody would want to spend so much on a 300k+ guy when there are plenty of great 150k guys on the TL.

This (the new rule situation taht got your NT player retired) is the cheesy fix for a broken system.

With the means to create but not support . Even with balanced skills I doubt someone wants to pay 1million to sign a guy with 300+k salary. I almost bought some near 300k though. Its right on the borderline.

Does he have any secondaries?

Really this type of thing though might lead to a greater amount of attempts to create nationalist cheating collusions to not only farm create players ,but to staff them on a team somewhere as well.


Fagot was sold for 3 or 4 million last season, ok he just have 280k salary.

Looking at his statistics from last season his passing and Outside defense are atrocious.
His Jump Range probably wasn't that great either.

His game shape was inept. Not many teams are going to want to pay $350,000 a week for someone who performs like his salary is $120,000. It says he is still on the NT, can he still play? Now he is retired he wont ever be trained again but whll his GS be reset at the end of the season?
