That is why demolishing seats should not give the full cost of them, and only a part, like 50% should be right.
It is cheaper to demolish than to build them ;).

You sell the rubble and the cement. Companies do that when they demolish buildings

I'd love to have this option, say at the end of each season. I remember when they did it last. I believe they said it would only be a one time deal.
