Personally I believe the amount of training might be the same for JS training, regardless whether for guards, wingmen or forwards.
If you have more trained skills for wingmen - which seems to be the ase - they should train slightly slower than for forwards.
But it´s not proven at all.

And I will have to do some JS forwards training as well this sesaon, as my big trainees need some JR.

you are wrong
that is old information and needs updating
there are other training threads that are more recent
training for almost a season JS for wingmen
produced not a single pop
I have had the same results

The IS that was experienced in your thread link is the result of cross training
please...If anyone can prove this wrong I would gladly say sorry
and resume JS for wingmen

NO POPS
there are threads documenting that IS will NOT pop for JS Wingmen
