ok, so what would you suggest that I do with these two guys then? just fire them? sounds like you're saying that they are basically dead weight. I can't afford to do anything on the market right now.

If they are your only real prospects for training.
Train them, then sell them later on you can make a nice profit on them. But no, they are not going to be cornerstones of your team realistically.
