Hey guys I need some help im not understanding what the guides saying...if a team runs a run and gun & FCP whats the best for me to run to counter that? Best against worst against in guide im not getting....


To beat FCP, have good handling and passing and run any offense your team can run successfully. If you have good ball skills at all positions, the FCP's main effect will be to let you score a lot more quickly than you would otherwise.

To defeat R&G, you need good perimeter defense. If you've got good OD at PG, SG and SF, a straight man to man should shut it down pretty well (especially if you also have OD at PF). The 3-2 or 1-3-1 zones help improve your OD rating as well at the expense of inside defense and in the 1-3-1, a good deal of rebounding.

You talk a lot of crap for being such a scrap team...I have major talent in my league and I run that dump. And you tell me to play in your private league because I told u how sorry ur team is and still nothing. If your gonna talk it let's walk it first
