I wonder how many managers BB loses because they make these mistakes on high salaried players. Despite the Darwin Award for club management they're still potential paying customers. Just saying

What both of you said is true so Yeah I will be bankrupt but when it's time for me to sell them next week Season 21 would have started???? and if not i'll keep them and put them on sale saturday and people pay more for them bcause like the guy from italy said the season would have just started?? And if people pay more money then.... this is all im hearing is....$$$$$ChaChing$$$$$$ haha O yeah everytime I do or say something you shoot my idea down if that's the case very time I make a thread just don't even read it hrudey

People are not going to pay more money then. Very few people want to carry that kind of salary through the first part of the season - most people who buy huge salary donkeys do so right before the playoff deadline. You're going to be paying over 400k in salary in under 72 hours and I doubt that both of those guys, if you listed them immediately, would combine to more than 200k - which means a 200k loss even before you factor in what it cost you to buy them and the percentage of the sale that you don't get.

You have every right to do any foolish thing you wish to do in this game, whether it's planning on training guys you don't even have to 400k or jumping from player to player like a basketball groupie, but for someone who claims to have been here before especially, you need to learn quickly that you're destroying your team and cheating yourself out of the opportunity to build a winning team here.

Your best bet now is to release both for free. That will let you save a lot of money.

There's a reason that you got these 2 high priced players so cheap, they're bad investments so nobody else wanted them.

You're going to lose a lot of money trying to sell them off and like others here has said, I predict that you'll be bankrupt in the next few weeks. The funniest part in all this is you bragging about it like you just outsmarted the BB community. Welcome to Economics 101 my friend. ;)

EDIT: All that said, if you cut both players outright this weekend before you have to pay all that salary on Monday, you'll actually only lose the $20,000 you paid for them instead of another $435,000 in salaries in top of that (assuming you get rid of them next week and it doesn't cost you more than that). That would be the absolute smartest move you could make right now but everyone knows that will never happen.

Speaking of money, is it a coincidence that on the day you were created, you listed and eventually sold a 27yo scrub for exactly $300K to a new USA team that was created at exactly the same time as your team? I happened to see that when browsing through your transfer history to see your latest acquisitions and it seems a little funny to me.

Gosh, if you think that's screwy, I can only imagine what you'd think if, say, the 'buyer' had placed the 300k bid on the day that the player was listed (last log in 8/6, player sell date 8/9).

But this sort of stuff shouldn't be discussed on the forums.
