I'm training Nontipat Intharapradit right now. He's growing quick, although he doesn't have the best potential... if i were to get a better trainee, what kind of player should I look for? Here are his stats, just to get a good idea of where his training has led...

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: proficient Handling: average
Driving: respectable Passing: strong
Inside Shot: awful Inside Def.: pitiful
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: respectable ↑ Free Throw: respectable

You should look for players with potential of perennial allstar or above , speaking from experience , allstar as well is okay but if he is a lower allstar sub level he will cap quite early in terms of salary (30k for guards). Look for some cheap guys that are 18 and having nice starting skills , for guards at least average in jump range and outside defence is a must , you just cant afford to spend a season training these skills to an acceptable level. Also try to avoid players with gaping holes such as 1 IS or 1ID , if the player has any holes make sure they are on a quick to train skill such as driving or handling. Also , the lower your players potential is , try to get a player with lower rebounding , as this eats away at the cap , and you dont want to waste valuable cap space on a player with allstar or perennial allstar potential.
