Cool, thanks

So would you train him on only one skill using one position trianing or on a couple of skills?

Couple of skills so he gets elastic effect, cross training and all the sh*t that comes with that. :)

He got 7 skills in 8 weeks. He trained 4 weeks IS, 2 weeks ID and 2 weeks REB (not in that order, it was mixed). He got pops: 1 JS, 3 IS, 2 ID and 1 REB.

That`s great, thanks. That will really help me out next season. I don`t understand the elastic effect. I`ll have to ask another question about that sometime.

In short, really low skills get boost in training from high connected skills. In example, passing trains primarily PAS then some HAN and DRI. So if your player has high HAN (13) and DRI (12) and low PAS (2), then PAS will train faster. The bigger the difference, the bigger elastic effect and thus training of that low skill.

that's like getting 600k for nothing.

Nothing is free. How much are you paying for the trainer?

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

19k. And don't involve trainer in this. No point. All other things being equal, maximizing profit from trainees was the topic.

So if you and I have same level trainer with same salary etc. after one season I have 600k in my pocket. After 2 seasons maybe 1,2M. And you can try to sell your fresh trainee for 1,2M after 2 seasons but I'm not sure you'll be able to do that.

So, like I said. This is the fastest way to get money from trainees.

PS
"like getting 600k for nothing."

That's like me saying "Hey I trained my 18 y/r draftee to a 21 y/o starting PG for nothing." Or like for nothing.

Everything you said about maximizing profit is fine, and I agree. But what I am quoting is off.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

you`re being too picky and splitting hairs, relax. I don`t count my trainers salary in terms of offlaying it against any money I make on selling my trainees. Is it really necessary to be so facetious? The guy answered my questions perfectly.
