Hi Springbok...they promoted me after a bot cleanup last season so not in the league anymore, which is not really pertinent to your question.

The old hands of this game (and hattrick) will tell you to concentrate on training your best youngsters....what are they best suited to? Make that decision and train youngsters in those skills (inside or outside). Don't worry about results this season...if you are winning that's great for your attendance but if your losing you will get a good shot at a superstar in the draft. At the end of this season you may have 2 or 3 youngsters that have good skills...and then you can sell 1 for a nice little profit and reassess after the draft.

To maximise training you need to get the players you want trained to play 48mins+ in the position you are training. And to make this easier make sure you play a scrimmage each week.

See how you go and play it by ear. Good luck

Train youngsters fast with the the specific training (rather than team). Will mean you get better individuals faster to either help your team on the court...or financially by selling.

For scrimmages just go through the "countries" area and pick various countries....those online will be shown, and those still available for scrimmages will be shown. Just invite as many as you want...you'll get one. The early part of the season may be harder with the Thursday scrimmage time taken up with Cup games, but it gets easier.
