Young guns
all players on your team are above or below a certain age
Young Guns (24) | Level 1 | 11 Points
Young Guns (22) | Level 2 | 20 Points
Young Guns (21) | Level 3 | 28 Points
Young Guns (20) | Level 4 | 42 Points
Young Guns (19) | Level 5 | 69 Points
Young Guns (18) | Level 6 | 208 Points
Senior Gentlemen | Level 7 | 5 Points

I don't know if there are more levels for this achievement. The only team so far who got the level 6 achievement is this one: (35932).

This one is also not in the list:

Skeleton crew
Managed a team with a very small roster
Skeleton Crew | Level 1 | 2 Points

So ridiculous the point values:

PD > 1000 | Level 4 | 3 Points
Star? Struck. ($10M) | Level 6 - Sold a player for more than $10M - 46 points

The first required an entire season of greatness for 3 whole points.
The second was a one time transaction by either (or both) a crazy economy or dumb buyer shelling out too much cash. Plus a $10M sale isn't even achievable anymore.

I realize it's just for fun, but are they just picking random values out of a hat?

*Michael Jordan award for a player wearing #23 to score 23 points in a game | 19 points (not 23)

The young guns is the most ridiculous. Start a new team, cut everyone, train 3 18 year olds. Bam! 208 points - more than a lot of actual decent achievements combined.
