The hard part is making it reasonable in smaller nations. Some nations with only 2 divisions only have 6 rounds of the cup. It's pretty hard to make the argument that you should get more than $300k for winning a 64-team tournament. I think that the way it is now is as equitable as possible, given the disparity in nation sizes.

Just imagine...
In Pakistan (with 4 active users) you could get $310k just for being a human manager. And the most expensive roster in the nation is $115k. So if you're the best team in Pakistan, you could survive on the cup alone for almost half a season. And that's ignoring D1 arena revenues (granted they're stunted by somewhat small arenas)...

At some point beyond that, give up this team and sign up for BB while you're inside Pakistan.

yeah, it's not like the rich getting to choose which country they pay taxes in -- although i could see if the developers of BB were as corrupt as the real world, they would have a category of Super Supporter where, for $1000, the owner could choose which country they would compete in.

Definitely not all ribbons and bows. Ireland fluctuates between 60-80 users over the past few seasons, and while there's a number of quality teams, there's not a ton of parity. We've got a handful of teams in Super League that could compete in most any of the top leagues in the world, but a number that would barely be quality Division II teams if in the proper country. It's nice to build up a team, but takes some of the competitive spirit out of the game, especially with premier teams going inactive for us every season.

I completely agree with what you're saying here. I posted recently in the Scottish forums about this issue as we only have 30 teams.

I think it would make the game much more competitive if we were to merge Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales (which only has 7 active teams) in to one big league but keep our own separate National Teams. this would give us around 400-500 active teams.

Plus I would love a pop at the English teams, ignite a little bit of rivalry. Scotland is now ranked higher than England in both full NT and U21 NT just now as well. This has no relevance, just thought I would have a wee dig :).

i think that kind of low for 1k plus team, i just upgraded my arena it cost me 1.4 million lol .. But i guess i same for everywhere. I dont think its much hope winning the whole cup with 1k teams in ti that going to take real bawls to win.
