He's new and might think team training is something he might try
not sure what you were trying to accomplish since that's not something anyone would ever want to try

I've done a lot of 3 position training & team training in the past. Was at my most successful due to it. I get that most people aren't a fan though.

There might be other people out there who don't want to do things the boring, conventional way.
