Yeah that's exactly what I'm asking. Mainly because I am probably going to be training 3 SF's next season and I'm sure a couple times the minutes will get screwed up, so I was hoping that even if some other players starting skills are just a tad bit higher, If my guy/guys have better minor skills, they will still be taken.

Ahh I misunderstood. Well I can't speak for fewmit or the future U21 manager, but I would think that, for instance 1 OD would be worth more than any difference in FT or Stamina. Shotblocking can no longer be considered a "less important" attribute given the GE changes, and I would presume that experience is almost completely irrelevant. Im speaking from what i've seen in roster decisions and gameplanning, and I'm sure if Fewmit thinks otherwise, he will chip in here.

Yeppers has got me pegged. He can also tell you what my favorite cocktails are and how often I BM a week.

My take is the other skills - especially primaries - are much more important to consider. Low stamina players haven't been an issue on the team because of depth. I've had 1 stamina players still be able to put in 22-26 quality minutes. If a player has 1 or 2 FT I factor that in a bit, since those will be sub 50% shooters. Experience I don't look at at all - everyone's at a negligible 2 or 3 at U21 level. I've answered your SB question already in the other thread.

I'm nothing if not a thorough reporter. I find the true grit of a person's character isn't found on the sidelines, but rather as they drink orange juice out of the container in September of last year. Which is why Fewmit found me in his azalea's in September of last year. But that's neither here nor there.
