Yes, you'd have to play him PG for him to receive pressure training. Tbh it all depends on your other trainees. Do you have other promising trainees and what do they look like? If not, look for some on the TM who would benefit from a similar training program to what you plan to use on him.

Honestly I wouldn't train this guy. I think there are to many weak spots. If you sell him you may get a few bucks for him though.

Not much. I would start the starting price at 1000 and you just never know. You may get 10,000 if you find the right buyer. Here's the thing it will take to long to get him to a place to dominate other teams. But if you were going to train him I'd start with one on one skills several weeks in a row. I didn't see his position but I'm guess power forward so train him in one on one forward skills.

I dont know if this player is worth the 80k i invested? but he seemed like a player that i could train under my PF training program with the other guy i picked. need a bit of work on his passing and jump shot

That guy has good secondaries, you could train him as a PF or a SF if you wanted. His secondary skills make him a very interesting prospect. IMO you could train a PF and a SF at the same time depending on what skills the other trainee also needs.

I agree with Yellow Jacket. Make sure that you train him every week though and passing is important.

Its hard to develop home grown players in a small country. For instance there are only 12 Singapore players on the TL right now.

Keep him. If you develop him well the possibility is high that he would be on the U21.

I take that back, despite the small number of players in Singapore there seems to be a lot of talented coaches. He might be OK to keep as is but he certainly is just a backup consideration for a long time.
