Agree with Pho3niX. Depends on if you want the stats at their highest (aka player's prime) or the skills at the point they retire which could be at 40 years old with a 2500 salary.

Might be fun to look back at past league players or your team's HOF but otherwise its pretty useless. There is plenty of things BBs need to put time toward way before this.

I think if it would be easy to implement and the skills shown would be locked at what they were when they player retired, than I would be all for it.
