no one knows definitively how quick that can happen. it depends on how many minutes the player has played (48 minutes is optimal) and what level trainer you have. i have a level 9 trainer and make sure my trainee gets at least 48 minutes so i expect an increase in a certain skill about every 2 weeks. look at this thread for a user compiled analysis of training speeds (381.1)

could be coincidence but the players in my squad that played round 70-80 minutes dropped in game shape
