I think, in the future, colleges should be added, and better draftees come from more prestigious ones. That's hard to implement though, so let's stick to the basics. I agree with your idea, that once in a generation, there should be an amazing draftee, but I don't think it should be based upon salary. This generational draftee should have much higher skills than the rest of his class. For example, he should have skills in the 8's and 9's, while regular draftees should have skills in the 6's and 7's. However, he shouldn't have much potential compared to weaker draftees.

Also, completely off topic, but how in the world can a dunk contest be implemented into BB?

I like his idea, He did say rare, and not everybody. I don't expect the BB god to understand ,about being league ready.

If they don't even want upgrade the trainer with the cost of them. I'm not going lie to myself with league ready players are rare players. Because you see the players are league ready. yes., 5 league. lol

You also need to consider the fact that lots of teams in lower leagues wouldn't be able to afford a 30k player, forcing them to sell this player for loads and loads of cash. If a team in a D.V league gets 5 million for just accidently drafting a 5/5 prospect, with a very high salary, this would make that certain division and team very unfair. You have the ability to train a "lebron" without an outrageously high skill set/salary... So yeah.. I disagree
